1.
Public Liability Insurance
Stallholders are required to provide proof of current public liability insurance
We do not arrange this but can recommend a provider if you need.
Food & wine sellers who make their own produce, are required to provided their Food Health Authority number. On-sellers are not required to provide this.
2.
No Cancellation Policy
The Market will run in all weather. No Cancellation Policy.
Stall fees are pre-paid and non-refundable for a no show. If a stall can be re-booked the committee may consider if a refund can be given. The budget is spent on the market. We are non-profit. It has to be able to pay for advertising & site fees. Regardless of stall numbers there are significant costs to run this market.
3.
Caring for the area
Keep walkways clear of obstacles and bring a bag for your own rubbish. This can be deposited at the end of the market in the car park bins. Thank you.
4.
Setting Up
You know how long it takes to set up your own stall, so please arrive in time to be ready to trade by 10am. Inside doors are open at 8am.
5.
Packing Up
Packup of stalls begins at 2pm, cleared by 3pm

If you agree to abide by these terms and conditions please proceed to apply:

  1) Where might you be? See Map of stalls below
  2) Use of a site for one or more markets does not give a stallholder the right to remain in that        location. Stalls may be moved in order to maintain overall stall balance.
  3) You can login after applying to make edit details, add dates you will attend, Direct Debit details, etc.
  4) Please indicate in the date section,
  which markets you expect to attend.

Online Application Form
 1) Please indicate if you wish to have an indoor or outdoor stall.
 2) Do NOT make payment until we contact you with a site number.
 3)
Final allocation is confirmed once payment has been made. This often takes 2 days to show on our bank screen.

  The Process
Once you have completed the online application you will be notified ASAP by email or phone.
   
 

Confirmation & Site Allocation
Your site allocation will only be confirmed and viewable online after payment.
You will be able to view your site allocation online by Friday evening 8pm, prior to the market.
We encourage you to check this in order to park in the best place for unloading.

   
  Power
Priority for access to powered sites will be given to food vendors.
   
  Tents & Trestle Tables
ONLY For spaces in green. A trestle table will be provided if needed. No overhead cover.
Otherwise please arrange your own tables.
Orange Outdoors supply & erect marquees ( 3x3) & trestle tables.

Please pay using EFT via your LOGIN to book your site, once confirmed with organiser.

Once paid and your position confirmed, your receipt can be printed by you in the payment section on your login screen. Please print this off before you make payment for the next market.

Setting Up
Our challenge is unloading quickly so we don't block each other out.
After after 1 year of markets there has been a great display of teamwork, so thank you everyone for your patience and support towards each other. Well done.


It is ESSENTIAL that everyone unloads, then IMMEDIATELY removes their car to the tennis court or behind the butchers shop vacant land.
Please Do not set up until you car is removed.
Thank you.

NO parking is allowed in any 'church parking' designed areas.
